This application provides a power assembly and a vehicle, and relates to the field of driving technologies. The power assembly includes a housing (30), a first rotating shaft (10), a second rotating shaft (20), and a preloaded part (40). The first rotating shaft (10) is located in the housing (30) by using two bearings (01 and 02), the second rotating shaft (20) is located in the housing (30) by using one bearing (03), and the second rotating shaft (20) can slide in an axial direction. A first coupling portion (11) is disposed on the first rotating shaft (10), a second coupling portion (21) is disposed on the second rotating shaft (20), and the first coupling portion (11) is coupled to the second coupling portion (21), so that the first rotating shaft (10) and the second rotating shaft (20) rotate synchronously. A first concentric surface (12) oblique to an axis center of the first rotating shaft (10) is disposed at a second end of the first rotating shaft (10), and a second concentric surface (22) oblique to an axis center of the second rotating shaft (20) is disposed at a fourth end of the second rotating shaft (20). The preloaded part (40) is configured to apply acting force to the second rotating shaft (20), so that the first concentric surface (12) abuts against the second concentric surface (22), to effectively ensure concentricity between the first coupling portion (11) and the second coupling portion (21), thereby resolving a problem that the power assembly has a complex structure and high processing precision, and is prone to vibrate.
