The device further including an indicator nut (19, 119, 219) having a base with a nut indicator mark, a first leg (60, 160, 260) and a second leg (62, 162, 262) extending from a base bottom portion, and an expandable threaded opening (66, 166, 266) extending between a first threaded wall of the first leg (60, 160, 260) and a second threaded wall of the second leg (62, 162, 262), the threaded walls selectively engageable with a threaded portion of the screw shaft (40, 140, 240), wherein the threaded opening (66, 166, 266) is expandable to disengage the first threaded wall and the second threaded wall from the threaded portion to allow a manual setting of the indicator nut (19, 119, 219) to a zero position.",
