A gas turbine engine (10) includes a fan (22) positioned at an engine central longitudinal axis (A), and a fan drive turbine (58) located at the engine central longitudinal axis (A) and configured to drive rotation of the fan (22). A gas generator (24) is non-coaxial with the fan drive turbine (58) and operably connected to the fan drive turbine (58) such that exhaust from the gas generator (24) drives rotation of the fan drive turbine (58). An auxiliary power core (62) is located at the engine central longitudinal axis (A), and one or more bleed passages (76) connect the gas generator (24) and the auxiliary power core (62). The one or more bleed passages (76) are configured to selectably combine a bleed airflow (78) from the gas generator (24) and an auxiliary core airflow (82) at the auxiliary power core (62) to direct the combined airflow (78A, 82A) to the fan drive turbine (58) to increase output of the fan drive turbine (58).
