"textContent": "Embodiments of present disclosure relates to an estimation unit and method for estimating one or more dynamic capacities of a battery for an electric vehicle. The estimation unit receives state of health data of the battery and predicts one or more voltage profiles of the battery. The one or more voltage profiles are predicted for one or more usages based on the state of health data, geo-location data and one or more load profiles of the battery. Upon predicting the one or more voltage profiles, the estimation unit estimates the one or more dynamic capacities for the one or more usages. By the estimation unit longevity index of the battery can be determined that helps user of the electric vehicle in maintaining the electric vehicle efficiently. The estimation unit also predicts breakdown index of the battery and avoids stranding of the electric vehicle in road.",
