A loss tangent at 30°C of the intermediate layer 46 is lower than a loss tangent at 30°C of the cap layer 48, and a loss tangent at 30°C of the base layer 44 is lower than the loss tangent at 30°C of the intermediate layer 46. In a reference ground-contact surface, a land portion 26 having a longest ground-contact length is a longest land portion 26w, and a land portion 26 having a shortest ground-contact length is a shortest land portion 26n. A ratio (TL/TS) of a thickness TL of the intermediate layer 46 in the longest land portion 26w to a thickness TS of the intermediate layer 46 in the shortest land portion 26n is greater than 1.0 and not greater than 3.5.
