AIR COOLING TYPE BATTERY MODULE HAVING SEPARATE COOLING STRUCTURE FOR BATTERY CELL

A battery module according to the present disclosure includes: cylindrical battery cells arranged in horizontal and vertical directions, with a top cap facing upward; a module case in which the cylindrical battery cells are accommodated; and cooling caps mounted on lower end portions of the cylindrical battery cells, wherein the cooling caps protrude below a lower end of the module case to contact cooling air in a lower portion the module case, and protrude to have different heights for pre-determined zones according to positions of the cylindrical battery cells located inside the module case.
