It is an object of the present invention to provide a tire in which a tread part comprises two or more rubber layers comprising an isoprene-based rubber and steering stability at a high-speed running is maintained. Provided is a tire comprising a tread part, the tread part comprising at least a first rubber layer of a tread surface and a second rubber layer adjacent to inside the first rubber layer in a tire radial direction, wherein the first rubber layer is composed of a rubber composition comprising a rubber component comprising an isoprene-based rubber and has an acetone extraction content of 25% by mass or less, wherein the second rubber layer is composed of a rubber composition comprising a rubber component comprising an isoprene-based rubber and has an amine amount B of 10.00% by mass or more in the acetone extraction content, wherein, when an amine amount (% by mass) in the acetone extraction content of the first rubber layer is defined as A, the A and the B satisfy B>A, and wherein a rate of change E of complex elastic moduli E* of the rubber composition of the first rubber layer before and after an ozone deterioration test for the tire is 30% or less.
