In this functional layer, a proportion of area occupied by the inorganic particles per unit area of a surface of the functional layer in plan view of the surface of the functional layer is more than 90%, the particulate polymer has a volume-average particle diameter of not less than 1.0 μm and not more than 10.0 μm, and the volume-average particle diameter of the particulate polymer is larger than the thickness of an inorganic particle layer.",
