ROTATING HANDLE DYNAMIC BRAKE

A child transport carrier (100) includes a handle bar (200) and a rotatable brake actuator (300) disposed along a lengthwise axis of the handle bar (200). A first cable (302) having a first end and a second end is coupled to the rotatable brake actuator (300). A first wheel brake (105) of a first wheel (104a) is coupled to the first end of the first cable (302). Rotating the rotatable brake actuator (300) around the lengthwise axis of the handle bar (200) activates the first wheel brake (105).
