The sealing box includes an upper cover (10); a lower cover (20) which is detachably connected to the upper cover (10) and encloses with the upper cover (10) to form an accommodating chamber (a), and defines a sealing groove (21) toward the upper cover (10) and an inflation hole (22) capable of inflating airflow into the sealing groove (21); and an elastic sealing ring (30) which includes a sealing end (32) sealedly contacting the upper cover (10) and a deformation end (33) extending into the sealing groove (21). The deformation end (33) is deformed under action of the airflow and squeezes the sealing groove (21), so as to apply a force to the lower cover (20) toward the upper cover (10).",
