An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a tire that is small in rolling resistance temperature dependency and excellent in wet performance and a tire using the rubber composition for the tire. A composition according to an embodiment of the present invention contains a rubber component in which a specific conjugated diene rubber has a content of 35 mass% or more and a specific butadiene rubber has a content of 15 mass% or more, a silica, and a silane coupling agent. The specific conjugated diene rubber includes a block (A) containing an isoprene unit and a block (B) containing a butadiene unit and has a modified structure by a siloxane compound at one terminal. At least one of (A) and (B) contains a unit of a vinyl compound containing a functional group interactable with a silica. (Mw) of (A) is from 1000 to 30000 and entire (Mw) is from 50000 to 5000000. An entire aromatic vinyl content is from 30 to 45 mass%. An entire vinyl bond content is from 15 to 35 mass%. The specific butadiene rubber has a glass transition temperature of -85°C or less.
