The inspection device includes a temperature measuring device for measuring the temperature distribution of the heat seal part, and a first determination part for controlling the temperature measuring device in a prescribed time after forming the heat seal part at the film exterior body, and determining the presence or absence of a poorly sealed site based on the temperature distribution measured.",
