The planning method includes: determining a spatial-temporal occupy type between an obstacle and a vehicle based on an occupy time between a time-space domain of each of a plurality of obstacles and a time-space domain of the vehicle; selecting a target obstacle from the plurality of obstacles based on the spatial-temporal occupy type; and planning a longitudinal motion parameter of the vehicle based on a spatial-temporal occupy type corresponding to the target obstacle. This avoids planning the longitudinal motion parameter of the vehicle based on each of the plurality of obstacles, and helps reduce an amount of calculation.",
