DRIVE
April 16, 2025
The present invention relates to a gas supply pump for a ship dual fuel engine capable of independently driving a cylinder, and a gas supply pump for a ship dual fuel engine according to the present invention comprises: a camshaft which can be rotated; a plurality of cam noses provided at regular intervals in a lengthwise direction of the camshaft and having an eccentric shape from the center of the camshaft; a cam roller provided to be in close contact with each cam nose; and a drive shaft and a piston provided to neighbor with one side of the cam roller; and a liquefied gas compression device which pressurizes and exhausts a liquefied gas according to a straight reciprocation of the piston, wherein when the camshaft is rotated, the piston compresses gas when the cam nose moves in a compression direction of the piston, the compression by the piston is released when the cam nose moves in the decompression direction of the piston, the cam roller can be selectively spaced apart from the cam nose, and the rotational driving force of the cam nose is not transferred to the piston when the cam roller and the cam nose are spaced apart from each other.
