The method includes: before injecting an electrolyte, arranging more than one lithium source composite piece in a core body, and connecting at least one lithium source composite piece with a negative electrode lug of the lithium ion battery; and injecting the electrolyte, so that the lithium source composite piece is immersed by the electrolyte, and pre-lithiating a negative electrode.
