A first end of the first resistor is connected to the negative electrode of the battery cell, and the other end of the first resistor is connected to the negative electrode interface. The protection chip includes a power detection end and a communication interface, and the power detection end is connected to the first resistor. The protection chip is used to detect the power information of the battery cell by means of the power detection end, and the power information is sent by means of the communication interface to a microprocessor.",
