A filament occupancy ratio Fs of the band cord 10 disposed closest to the tread end Te in the band layer 8 is 0.15 to 0.50. A product of an average number Ea of the band cords 10 arranged in the band layer 8 per 5 cm in a tire width direction (cords/5 cm) and a total ΣSf of cross-sectional areas of the plurality of steel filaments 12 is not less than 5.
