Disclosed is a solid electrolyte membrane. The solid electrolyte membrane uses composite particles having pores filled with a phase transformation material as fillers of the solid electrolyte membrane, and thus provides a solid electrolyte membrane having high ion conductivity and mechanical strength, while minimizing the amount of the phase transformation material.
