A battery box comprises: a box frame (100), a heat management component (200), and an outer plate (300), wherein the heat management component (200) is disposed on one side of the box frame (100), and is configured to adjust temperature of a battery; the outer plate (300) is arranged adjacent to the heat management component (200), and is configured to make the heat management component (200) cover on the box frame (100), and the outer plate (300) is provided with a balance valve (400), the balance valve (400) is configured to make a cavity between the outer plate (300) and the heat management component (200) communicate with outside air.
