A self-balancing vibration damping system, an active vibration damping seat, and transport equipment are provided. The self-balancing vibration damping system includes an active vibration damping module (100), a control module (2a), a sensor module (300;21a), and a receiving module, where the sensor module (300;21a) is configured to acquire motion data of the transport equipment; the active vibration damping module (100) includes a first rotating assembly (110;221a) and a second rotating assembly (120;222a); the first rotating assembly (110;221a) is provided in an accommodation space; the second rotating assembly (120;222a) is provided at a driving end of the first rotating assembly (110;221a), and is butted with the receiving module; the control module (300;21a) is configured to control the first rotating assembly (110;221a) and the second rotating assembly (120;222a) to operate synchronously according to the motion data, so as to provide a force opposite to a tilt direction of the receiving module.
