The estimation device is provided with: an acquisition unit for acquiring time-series data on the SOC of a power storage device; a decomposition unit for decomposing a waveform indicating a fluctuation in the SOC in the time-series data into waveform components of a plurality of frequency regions; and an estimation unit for estimating the deterioration of the power storage device on the basis of the intensities of the waveform components and a deterioration coefficient.
