The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic active suspension flow control system. The system includes a hydraulic oil tank (1), a variable displacement pump (2) with an oil suction port communicating with the hydraulic oil tank (1), and a check valve (4), a servo valve (8) and a suspension cylinder (7) connected to an oil outlet of the variable displacement pump (2) in sequence, the suspension cylinder (7) being controlled by the servo valve (8), the variable displacement pump (2) being connected to an engine (9) through a clutch (12), an accumulator (6) being connected between the servo valve (8) and the check valve (4). The system further includes an oil pressure sensor (5) mounted at an outlet of the accumulator (6), an engine revolution speed sensor (10), a vehicle speed sensor (11), and a flow controller (13) configured to control displacement of the variable displacement pump (2). A relief valve (3) communicated in parallel with the check valve (4) is further provided at the oil discharge port of the variable displacement pump (2).
