POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND POWER DISTRIBUTION METHOD

DRIVE September 8, 2022
Source
A power distribution system is installed in an aircraft, and comprises: a first DC power supply unit including a generator ; a second DC power source unit including a battery , a step-up/down converter , a voltage sensor , and control unit ; and a diode . When the voltage sensor does not detect regenerative power, the control unit executes a running power processing mode in which generated power generated by the first DC power supply unit is supplied to an electric actuator while charging and discharging the battery using the step-up/down converter so as to keep a charge rate A of the battery within a predetermined range. When the voltage sensor detects regenerative power, the control unit executes a regenerative power processing mode in which the battery is charged with the regenerative power using the step-up/down converter
