The present disclosure relates to a battery pack and a device including the same, and the battery pack according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lower pack frame on which a plurality of battery modules are mounted; an upper pack frame located in the upper part of the plurality of battery modules; and a rigid beam included in the lower pack frame, wherein the rigid beam is formed of a reinforcing member including a viscous damper or a viscoelastic damper.
