The controlling circuitry determines a process to be preferentially executed among at least two of processes of generating power in the first power generation apparatus, producing hydrogen in the hydrogen to be accumulated apparatus, charging the storage battery, discharging the storage battery, transmitting power to the power system, and receiving power from the power system.",
