Armrest arrangement (4) for a seat assembly (2) of a work vehicle, comprising an armrest (5) and a fixed portion (7), the fixed portion (7) being configured to be rigidly fixed by seat assembly (2), the armrest arrangement (4) comprising a mechanism (6) configured to connect in a movable manner said armrest (5) with respect to said fixed portion (7). The mechanism (6) comprises a leverage (8) and sliding means (9), the leverage (8) being configured to allow regulation of the position of said armrest (5) with respect to said fixed portion (7) along a vertical direction axis (Z) and a longitudinal direction axis (Y) perpendicular to said vertical direction axis (Z), sliding means (9) being configured to allow regulation of the position of said armrest (5) with respect to said fixed portion (7) along said longitudinal direction axis (Y), said sliding means (9) and said leverage (8) being integrated one in the other.
