The mount member (10) is disposed on the tire inner surface (7A) at a position corresponding to the land portion (24). Complex elastic modulus E*1 of a rubber composition constituting the mount member (10) is larger than complex elastic modulus E*2 of a rubber composition constituting the tread portion (2).
