For any one of a plurality of power conditioning systems, a power conditioning system controller first respectively sends different weight values to a reactive-voltage droop control module, a micro grid controller, and a reactive-voltage differential droop control module based on an output voltage and an output current that are of the power conditioning system; and then, determines a value of a power of the power conditioning system based on a first reference value determined by the reactive-voltage droop control module based on a first weight, a second reference value determined by the micro grid controller based on a second weight, and a third reference value determined by the reactive-voltage differential droop control module based on a third weight, so that power allocation can be evenly performed on each power conditioning system when a large line impedance difference exists between the plurality of power conditioning systems.",
