This application discloses a transmission, including a box body with an internal cavity and a gear set and an oil supply device that are accommodated in the box body. An oil sump carrying lubricating oil is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity. The oil supply device includes a sealing chamber and an oil collection tank that are fastened to each other. An oil inlet port and an oil spray pipe are disposed for the sealing chamber. The lubricating oil in the oil sump is transported from the oil inlet port, and is sprayed to a to-be-lubricated part of the gear set through the oil spray pipe. The oil collection tank has an upper opening, configured to receive the stirred and transported lubricating oil when the gear set rotates. Corresponding to the oil spray pipe, an oil transport tank is disposed for the oil collection tank, and is configured to lubricate a same to-be-lubricated part together with the corresponding oil spray pipe. The oil supply device implements active lubrication by using the sealing chamber, and implements passive lubrication by using the oil collection tank. A combination of the two manners ensures reliable working of the transmission. In addition, positions of the oil spray pipe and the oil transport tank are adjustable, and therefore the oil spray pipe and the oil transport tank are highly portable. This application further relates to a vehicle powertrain including the foregoing transmission and a vehicle.
