The double clutch unit includes: a clutch housing; a first clutch hub and a second clutch hub; a first clutch plate package; and a second clutch plate package. The speed shifting unit comprises a first output gear and a second output gear that can be independently rotationally driven by the motor shaft, and the clutch housing comprises a first gear and a second gear configured to be engaged with the first and second output gears to implement rotational driving force at different rotational speeds.
