CALIPER BODY OF DISC BRAKE FOR VEHICLE
DRIVE
March 25, 2026
This caliper body of a disc brake for a vehicle prevents a mounting seat surface of a union bolt or bleeder screw from protruding outward from a caliper half body, and improves miniaturization and assembly characteristics. A disc outward-rotation-side end of a bridge half body 6c of an anti-vehicle body-side caliper half body 6 is provided with union holes 18 that open to a disc outward-rotation-side end surface 6g and communicate with a second working fluid introduction hole 16. A mounting seat surface 6h of a union bolt 19 is formed on the disc outward-rotation-side end surface 6g of an opening outer periphery of the union holes 18. A bleeder hole 12 that opens to an outer end surface 5g in the disc radial direction and communicates with a first working fluid introduction hole 11 is provided on the disk outward-rotation- side of a bridge half body 5c of a vehicle body-side caliper half body 5 and to a disc radial direction outer end. A mounting seat surface 5h of a bleeder screw 13 is formed on the disc radial direction outer end surface 5g of an opening outer periphery of the bleeder hole 12.
