A transfer jig configured to load a battery pack in a battery rack and a battery pack loading method using the same, include plurality of vertical frames spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and a plurality of L-shaped horizontal frames located spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in a height direction of each of the vertical frames so as to form a receiving space configured to allow each of the battery packs to be received therein, wherein the transfer jig includes a pair of side frames spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance; a plurality of front frames located perpendicular to the side frames; and a plurality of guide rollers, and a battery pack loading method using the same.
