A vehicle (100) includes: a first energy storage device (11) that is electrically connectable to an external power supply (PG); a wireless communication device (92c); a second energy storage device (82) that supplies power to the wireless communication device (92c), and a control device (150) that communicates with a management device (1000) outside the vehicle (100) through the wireless communication device (92c). The first energy storage device (11) is configured to supply power to the second energy storage device (82). The control device (150) is configured to restrict wireless communication by the wireless communication device (92c) when a communication restriction condition set using a cumulative number of communications of the wireless communication device (92c) is satisfied. The communication restriction condition when the external power supply (PG) and the vehicle (100) are not electrically connected to each other is set to be more easily satisfied than the communication restriction condition when the external power supply (PG) and the vehicle (100) are electrically connected to each other.
