The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery including the same, and particularly, to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, which includes a compound represented by Formula 1 having an excellent effect of scavenging a decomposition product generated from a lithium salt in the electrolyte solution, as a first additive, and lithium difluorophosphate as a second additive, and a lithium secondary battery in which an effect of improving high-temperature durability is improved by including the same.
