A work vehicle, comprises: an operation section (9) occupiable by an operator; a cabin (10) accommodating the operation section (9); left and right suspension mechanisms (24) via which a body (3) of the work vehicle supports a left portion and a right portion of the cabin (10); and left and right lateral rods (25) configured to allow the cabin (10) to move upward and downward relative to the body (3) and restrain the cabin (10) from moving leftward and rightward relative to the body (3).
