The winding device includes: a pair of outer pins, where the pair of outer pins are oppositely arranged in a first direction, and a periphery of the pair of outer pins is used for an electrode assembly to be wound around; adjusting members, where the adjusting members are configured to be capable of reciprocating in a second direction to drive the pair of outer pins to move away from or close to each other, so as to increase or reduce a distance between the pair of outer pins, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; a pair of inner pins, where the pair of inner pins are arranged between the pair of outer pins, the pair of inner pins are oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the pair of inner pins are configured to be capable of moving in a manner of being independent of the adjusting members, so as to clamp or release the electrode assembly; and a first elastic returning member, where the first elastic returning member is configured to apply an elastic force in the first direction to at least one inner pin, such that the pair of inner pins have a tendency to be close to each other.
