The seal plate (80) is secured with the fairing platform (66). The seal plate (80) has an opening (82a), and the opening (82a) has an opening periphery that is complementary to the spar leg periphery (72d). The spar leg (72b) extends through the opening (82a). The seal (68a) is between the seal plate (80) and the spar leg (72b). The seal (68a) seals around the spar leg periphery (72d).
