VEHICLE ROLLOVER PROTECTION STRUCTURE AND CONVERTIBLE VEHICLE

A vehicle rollover protection structure, comprising: a rollover protection frame which is provided in the cab of the vehicle; the rollover protection frame comprises a top frame (1), a first side frame (2) and a second side frame (3); two ends of the top frame (1) are respectively connected to one end of the first side frame (2) and one end of the second side frame (3); the other end of the first side frame (2) is fixed at a first preset position on the vehicle interior floor, and the other end of the second side frame (3) is fixed at a second preset position on the vehicle interior floor; the first preset position comprises a left rear position of the rear seat, and the second preset position comprises a right rear position of the rear seat; and the height of the top frame (1) is higher than that of the top of the rear seat by a preset distance. Said structure can ensure that an occupant is in the protection range of the rollover protection frame when a rollover accident occurs in a convertible vehicle, thereby effectively improving the safety.
