An electric battery () comprises a multiplicity of individual cells (). The battery () has at least one temperature measurement device (). The temperature measurement device () comprises a multilayer circuit board () as carrier element, having an upper conductive layer () and a lower conductive layer (), a multiplicity of temperature sensors () that are each configured to generate a temperature-dependent measured signal, and a multipole terminal () for reading the measured signals. Each of the multiplicity of temperature sensors () is in each case arranged on a first insulated region () of the upper conductive layer (). The lower conductive layer () has, for each temperature sensor (), a second insulated region () as thermal contact surface. Each first insulated region () is thermally conductively connected to a corresponding second insulated region (), in each case via at least one through-connection (). The second insulated regions () are each in thermally conductive contact with at least one cell connector () of the battery ().
