The plurality of battery modules are separately connected to the start unit and the switch unit. The plurality of battery modules are configured to: when the start unit receives a start signal, control the switch unit to be turned on. The switch unit is connected to the electrical energy output port. When the switch unit is turned on, electrical energy stored in the plurality of battery modules is output through the electrical energy output port. When the switch unit is turned off, the plurality of battery modules are disconnected from the electrical energy output port.",
