A vehicle storage device includes a rail part (10), disposed on a floor panel (FP) in a passenger seat space (SB), configured to extend into the passenger seat space (SB); a first storage part (20), comprising a lower housing (21) coupled to the rail part (10) and a storage box (22), wherein the lower housing (21) is configured to move on the floor panel (FP) along the rail part (10) in a first direction, the lower housing (21) comprising an opening (21a) opened toward a driver seat (D), and the storage box (22) is configured to be withdrawn toward the driver seat (D) or received in the lower housing (21) by passing through the opening (21a); and a second storage part (30) comprising an upper housing (31) detachably coupled on the lower housing (21).
