The charging method includes: obtaining a voltage of each of a plurality of cells in a battery pack of a battery module; and charging the battery module by selecting, based on a minimum voltage among the voltages of the plurality of cells, a corresponding charging scheme. The corresponding charging scheme includes a first charging scheme and a second charging scheme.
