The transport protection strip includes an insertion portion which is received in, and releasably connected to, the receiving groove. The transport protection strip includes a contact portion which at least partially overlaps the first main face of the vehicle window in the peripheral region and is releasably connected to the vehicle window by a connector acting between the contact portion and the first main face.",
