The output port is electrically connected to an electrified vehicle and that outputs direct-current power to the electrified vehicle. The relay circuit relays electric power between the input port and the output port. The relay circuit includes a converter circuit that converts alternating-current power into direct-current power when the alternating-current power is input to the input port, and an input bypass circuit that causes direct-current power to bypass the converter circuit when the direct-current power is input to the input port.",
