A rotating electric machine system (10) includes a rotor (34) and a stator (36). A rotor internal oil passage (354) is formed in the interior of the rotor. The rotor is cooled by a first cooling oil serving as a lubricating oil that flows through a rotor internal oil passage. A housing internal oil passage (23) is formed in a rotating electric machine housing (14). The stator is cooled by a second cooling oil serving as a lubricating oil that flows through the housing internal oil passage. A route by which the first cooling oil is supplied to the rotor internal oil passage, and a route by which the second cooling oil is supplied to the housing internal oil passage are different from each other.
