The anode material includes a core and a coating layer arranged on at least part of a surface of the core, where the core includes porous carbon and active material filling in pore structure of the porous carbon, the porous carbon has a first pore structure with a pore size less than or equal to 2 nm and a second pore structure with a pore size greater than 2 nm, a ratio of a pore volume of the first pore structure to a total pore volume of the porous carbon is greater than or equal to 40%, and the second pore structure has a filling ratio greater than or equal to 95%. The anode material of the present disclosure to effectively inhibit volume expansion and have advantages of high rate performance, a high capacity, and good cycling performance.",
