Wheel assembly for a vehicle comprising a rim body (11) formed in a cylindrical shape, a first cover element (13), and a second cover element (14). The rim body comprises at least a wheel disc element (12) arranged in an axial direction of the rim body. The first cover element is arranged at a first side of the wheel disc element and the second cover element is arranged at a second side of the wheel disc element along the axial direction of the rim body. The rim body comprises a first material. The first cover element and the second cover element comprise a second material. The first material differs from the second material, and the first cover element and the second cover element are formed differently from each other.
