A rear structure of a straddle-type vehicle, in which a fuel tank (35) or a battery is disposed, includes a concave housing (41) surrounding a filler port (37) of the fuel tank (35) or a charging port of the battery, and an opening and closing cover (42) configured to be opened and closed to uncover and cover the filler port (37) of the fuel tank (35) or the charging port of the battery. The opening and closing cover (42) is locked in a case where the opening and closing cover (42) is closed. The opening and closing cover (42) is configured to be opened by its own weight in a case where the opening and closing cover (42) is unlocked.
