The present invention relates to a vent sealing cap for a secondary battery and a secondary battery including the same, and more particularly, to a vent sealing cap for a secondary battery, which is capable of preventing oxygen from being introduced reversely after a gas generated in the secondary battery is discharged to the outside to prevent the secondary battery from being ignited and improve safety, and a secondary battery including the same.The vent sealing cap for a secondary battery according to the present invention includes a body having a hollow therein, an intake port provided on the body, an exhaust port provided above a position, at which the intake port is disposed, on the body, and an opening/closing member provided in the hollow within the body to open or close connection between the intake port and the exhaust port while moving by a change in pressure of the intake port.
