Rear frame (2) for a recreational vehicle (1), in particular a motorhome, having an outer part (3) and an inner part (4). The outer part (3) is based on a U-shaped basic form (5). The inner part (4) is based on a U-shaped basic form (6). The outer part (3) and the inner part (4) are connected to one another in such a way that a cavity (7) bounded by the outer part (3) and the inner part (4) is formed along the U-shaped basic forms (5, 6). Furthermore, a recreational vehicle (1) with such a rear frame (2) is specified.
